Install deploys the reference build. A build on another stack is scoped in the engagement conversation. Access to later releases during the license term is set in the license agreement.
What ships
Each release is a versioned release package with a release log. The release log records the version, the date, the changes by module, and the Framework sections affected, so licensees can plan amendments.
