What we do

We build the governance layer that makes AI deployment in the PMO actually work. The product — Clearline — is a licensable framework, practitioner site, and conversational agent. The firm — Clearline Advisors — supports adoption with optional consulting.

Our point of view is unusual. Most AI-for-PMO offerings start with the AI tool. We start with the corpus. We have not seen the AI-tool-first approach succeed at enterprise scale, and we have seen the corpus-first approach succeed repeatedly.

Operating principles

• Governance is the prerequisite. AI is the consequence. We do not skip steps.
• Structure beats sophistication. A boring, well-numbered framework outperforms a clever, undocumented one.
• Cite or decline. The product itself is built on this rule. So is the firm.
• Customer owns the deployment. We supply the pattern. The customer's tenant runs it.
• Pricing is a conversation. Public price lists do not survive contact with enterprise procurement. We size to context.

NexLayer Labs

An architecture initiative of Enterprise Cognition Systems Labs LLC. Defines the cognition-layer architecture patterns that underpin Clearline and other future productized methodologies.

Architecture and research

NexLayer Labs is the firm's architecture-and-research arm. It establishes the structural discipline by which AI reasoning, data, and decision logic are integrated into enterprise operations. Clearline is the first productized expression of that work, applied to the PMO domain.
